First Order of Business:

· Kevin McKee was elected Chairman of the Men’s Committee.

New Business

· Discussed was the cost of handicaps and where the money should be dispersed. This will be decided upon in a later meeting.

Greens

· Doug Clay spoke with Ed Gianni. Ed informed him that trees were cut down behind the 17^th green. He is also taking about adding drains on holes 8 and 9 along with the driving range.

Treasurers report accepted as written

· Committee voted to hold back a set amount of money from tournaments to cover any and all over expenditures from tournaments and toward awards.

Tournaments

· Fall Final will be played on Saturday November 12, 2011. This will be our last Men’s Committee Tournament of the 2011 season.

Pro Shop Report

· Bob Guisti has notified all members via email that chits need to be used by end of November.

· Carts will be winterized.

· Still to come this year are the Veteran’s Day Red,White, and Blue Tournament, Thanksgiving Open, and Pro Shop 6-6-6.

· Bob spoke of the possibility of a 2 ball Xmas Tournament, Information to follow.

New Business:

· A discussion of the satisfaction in the award jackets. Should we poll the members for opinions and also should formal invites be sent to the winners so they will be present at the awards night to accept their jacket.

· Tom Pipeinbrink was chosen to run the hole in one pool for the golf season 2012.

Next meeting will be held December 7^th at 6pm
